To book, please use the form on this page which will provide us with the details of your event. There is a booking fee of R1500.00 for any event that will take place in the Benoni area. An additional fee of R500 will be charged for events in the greater East Rand area including Boksburg, Brakpan and Springs. This fee is purely a fee for the use of the food trailer ie. getting the trailer to the venue, gas and staff, and does not include the food.

R1500.00 booking fee is required to secure the Food Truck for your event. This fee is to be paid at least two calendar weeks before the event. If the deposit booking fee is not paid, the Food truck can unfortunately not be kept for your event date. 50% of the total food cost is to be paid on order of the yiros one week before the event, and the balance can be settled on the day of the event.

The Orexi Food Truck will be parked at your function venue for two (2) hours. Branded umbrellas and fairy lights are included to add to the ambience of the decor.

Two (2) Orexi staff members will manage the preparation of food from within the trailer and one (1) manager/supervisor will be on hand to oversee the event.

Please note that our staff do not serve guests at tables. To provide an authentic street food style experience, your guests will come up to the Food Truck window and order their choice of Yiro, when they are ready to eat, within the two (2) hour time period.

Setup time is minimal. Our team will arrive approximately 30-45 minutes prior to your booked time. The Food Truck is approximately 4m x 3m and a suitable entrance and area will be required to accommodate the trailer. Electrical points will also have to be made available for the lights but not for the trailer as it does make use of gas.
